Acid Dye Fixing Agent AFX-3
Acid Dye Fixing Agent AFX-3, an anionic polymer, is suitable for dye fixing of Nylon, wool, silk, and other acid dye dyed fabrics or yarns. AFX-3 can achieve excellent color fastness in every aspect and prevent Nylon from being stained by reactive dye when dyeing brocade cotton fabric.

Applications
Applied range:
Dye fixation of Nylon, Nylon-Spandex blend, Nylon-cotton blend, wool, and silk fabric.
Medium-light color:
AFX-3: 1~3% (owf),
Bath ratio 1:10~15, Temperature at 80℃ for 20~30min, Wash and dry.
Dark color:
AFX-3: 3~5% (owf),
Bath ratio 1:10~15, Temperature at 80℃ for 20~30min, Wash and dry.
Stain prevention of Nylon-cotton blend fabric:
1. One-bath two-step dyeing:
First step pre-treatment: AFX-3 2.0~4.0g/L in cylinder at 60 ℃ for 30 min, no need to discharge liquid; Second step dyeing: add dye, salt, and alkali step by step into cylinder, dyeing at 60℃ for 30 min.
2. One-bath one-step dyeing:
The method can be used to dye according to the conventional dyeing process, and the amount of AFX-3 can be determined according to the amount of dye and dosage.
Notice:
If the product needs to be used in printed fabric or bright color, small sample test should be carried out first to confirm that the performance is up to the standard before bulk production. During storage, the color of the original liquid may gradually become darker, which is the property of the product and will not affect its performance. The product is strictly prohibited to be mixed with cationic compounds. The product has a certain degree of acidity, please pay attention to self-protection when used.

Seal and store the product in a cool and ventilated area. The storage time is 6 months.
