Reductive cleaning agent RCcan effectively remove the unfixed disperse dyes on polyester, acrylic, and acetate fibersusing its strong reductive power. It has a highly efficient reduction cleaning effect and can be directly added to the dyeing fluid after dyeing.

Applications
Applied range:
Reductive cleaning for unfixed disperse dyes on polyester, acrylic, and acetate fibers.
1. Polyester dyeing: the temperature drops to 80℃ after dyeing→ adjust pH to 4.0~4.5 using acetic acid → add 1~3g/L RC (the specific dosage depends on the depth of color),running time for 15~20 min at 85~90℃→ wash with hot water→ wash with cold water
2. Acrylic dyeing: the temperature drops to 70℃, run reductive cleaning at 70℃ as above.
3. Acetic acid fibers: the dyeing liquid cooling to 50~70℃→ adjust pH to 4.0~4.5 using acetic acid → add 1~2g/L RC →running time for 15 minat 50~60℃ → wash with hot water→ wash with cold water
Package
50kg or 125kg plastic drum.
Storage
Seal and store the product in a cool and ventilated area. The storage time is 12 months.
