Dipping process:

H diluted emulsion: 3~4% (owf)

Padding process:

H diluted emulsion: 10~30g/L

Seal and store the product in a cool and ventilated area. The storage time is 6 months.

Emulsification Method

H: 200kg

Emulsifier AEO-3: 20kg

Emulsifier AEO-7: 40kg

Emulsifier AEO-9: 20kg

Acetic acid: 3kg

Deionized water: 565.5kg

Diluted process:

1.Add H, emulsifier AEO-3, emulsifier AEO-7, emulsifier AEO-9 to reactor, start stirring for 10-15 minutes;

2.Mix acetic acid with 50kg deionized water and slowly add to reactor, keep adding while stirring process for 30 minutes;

3.Slowly add 150kg deionized water to stir for 15 minutes;

4.Slowly add the rest of deionized water while stirring until it becomes transparent emulsion;

5.Filter and take out emulsion.
