Applied range:

Hand finishing for fabrics made of cotton, viscose, wool etc.

Dipping process:

YZ-802W diluted emulsion: 2~5% (o.w.f)

Padding process:

YZ-802W diluted emulsion: 20~50g/L

Seal and store the product in a cool and ventilated area. The storage time is 6 months.

Emulsification Method

YZ-802W: 200kg

Emulsifier TO-5: 33.3kg

Emulsifier TO-7: 16.7kg

Acetic acid: 2kg

Deionized water: 582kg

Diluted process:

Add YZ-802W, emulsifier TO-5, emulsifier TO-7 to reactor, start stirring for 5-10 minutes;

Mix acetic acid with 50kg deionized water and slowly add to reactor, keep adding while stirring process for 30 minutes;

Slowly add 150kg deionized water to stir for 15 minutes;

Slowly add the rest of deionized water while stirring until emulsion becomes white emulsion;

Filter and take out emulsion.
