Weak cationic softener flakes FC-210 is a polymer lipid softener. It can endow fabric outstanding fluffy and soft hand feeling and can be used together with silicone softener.

Applications
Applied range:
Hand finishing for cotton, rayon, viscose, hemp, denim etc.
Diluted method:
FC-210: 100kg
Water: 900kg
Acetic acid (98%): 4kg
Specific process:
1. Add 400kg water to reactor and heat to 50~65℃;
2. Add FC-210 and stir for 30 minutes;
3. After swelling, add rest of the water;
4. Add acetic acid, stir for 10 minutes, adjust pH to about 6, and then filter.
Dipping process:
10% diluted FC-210: 3~8% (owf)
Padding process:
10% diluted FC-210: 30~50g/L
Package and Storage
25kg/bag.
Seal and store the product in a cool and ventilated area. The storage time is 6 months.
